1. The service

Sunline Homes is an online platform where users publish real estate listings and contact each other. We are not a party to any sale or rental agreement between users.

2. Accounts

You must give true information. Agents and agencies must hold the licences required in their region. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

3. Listings

Listings must describe real properties that you are entitled to market, with accurate prices and your own photos. We may edit, pause or remove listings that are misleading, duplicated or illegal.

4. Paid promotions

Promotions start when payment is confirmed and last for the period shown at purchase. They are not refundable once started, except where required by law. Removing a listing ends its promotions.

5. Messages

The chat is for genuine enquiries about listings. Spam, harassment and requests for advance payments outside a proper contract are forbidden.

6. Liability

Users are responsible for the content they publish and for their agreements with other users. Always visit a property and check documents before paying any money.
